Commercial Business Units
Pfizer Pakistan's commercial business is divided into four separate units. These Business Units (BUs) assess, synthesize and communicate scientific data to internal stakeholders, with the goal of enabling key organizational decisions, it communicates scientific data to external stakeholders to support the effective use of Pfizer medicines.
The business units are divided into four categories:

Finance department works as a business partner providing world-class financial management and advisory services to the business enabling them to achieve their mission and objectives.

HR department’s main focus is to provide Pfizer a talent edge to distinguish it from the competition. HR has two segments, which include Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development.

The purpose of the Legal department is to help Pfizer retain as much strength in the market as possible by having active viable and vibrant product defense strategies, ensuring that the right kind of property rights are in place.

Regulatory department’s role is to strategically monitor national regulation agencies to help comply by all regulatory guidelines as well as providing business support by timely registration of new drugs, updates and other regulatory documentation for a smooth running of operations.
